Therapy

In individual therapy, you can expect one-on-one person-centered mental health treatment that incorporates therapeutic modalities tailored to your specific needs. Our overall goal is to help you improve your quality of life through learning and processing past experiences. Choosing to begin mental health therapy may be the first time you’ve done something for yourself, or maybe you are looking for more support; either way, this is a good place to start.

Services are self-pay only. Insurance is not currently accepted; however, those with insurance can receive a superbill to be reimbursed by their insurance.

Reiki

Reiki is a healing technique that involves bringing energetic balance to our bodies. Participating in a Reiki healing session can provide some relief from physical and mental health-related symptoms. Reiki is not tied to any specific system of belief, but it incorporates deep meditative and mindful states. Reiki can be hands-on, or hands can be hovered over various energetic meridian points, where healing energy is transferred.

This is not a replacement for seeking medical and mental health attention.

Twenty Somethin’

The Twenty Somethin’ group is a weekly support group for individuals aged 20-29 with a special invitation for individuals identifying as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+. This group is ideal for those who want to enhance their confidence, identity, and skills for coping with transitions.
